I ordered this in a preemie size because my babies are tiny when born. It arrived on time, but was bigger than I expected. Looks like it would be better to classify it as 0-3 months. The tag says that it is up to 5 lbs, but my son was 5lbs 13oz when we left the hospital and this was swimming on him.
