I bought a large size (22-25 lbs) for my 18 lb baby.Generally, I'm happy with the quality, its cute, and the top fits great.But the bottoms are way too small.The "diaper" part is just too shallow.I pull up the pants as far as they go, and his butt crack still shows.I am not using another diaper underneath or anything.Its just too small.Click Here to see more reviews about: iplay Two-Piece Sunsuit
