We got this hat partly because it was listed as fitting babies from 0-12 months old.It is WAY too big for a newborn.It will probably fit him when he's 6 months old, but until then we have another smaller hat.The hat itself seems well made and of good material.But our son is in the 75th percentile in height and at 7 weeks it's just way too big.
